We work closely with various organisations to make solar happen for schools.

We work with the Sustainability team at School Infrastructure NSW as well as the different Asset Management Units around NSW.

We have partnered with Sydney Catholic Schools to share resources, information and co-ordinate the rollout of solar to 152 schools in their network, which includes 18 Catholic Schools in the Eastern Suburbs. Sydney Catholic Schools are on track to complete their rollout by the end of 2023.

Purryburry Trust was established in 2011 to support environmental projects. The Trust has funded various projects over the years from habitat protection and restoration to species recovery and climate initiatives. It is delighted to be assisting schools’ capacity to repower with solar energy through the Solar my School program.

The Australia Climate Action Fund (ACAF) is a non-profit fund dedicated to tackling climate change. They finance new and innovative projects across the country to reduce Australia’s carbon footprint and secure a better future for the next generation. We are thrilled that ACAF members will now have the opportunity to help some of our schools fund solar panels for a brighter cleaner future.

The Clovelly Community Bank is a local philanthropic community bank that gives up to 80% of it’s profits back to the community. Clovelly Community Bank has been a long-standing contributor to the Solar my School program providing over $20,000 of funding for schools to go solar in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

SolarBuddy is a global impact organisation uniting a global community to illuminate the futures of all children living in energy poverty. We proudly work with SolarBuddy to deliver empowering educational programs whereby students learn about energy poverty, global citizenship and how innovative design can make a global impact. They will assemble a solar solution and write a letter which will then be gifted to a child living in energy poverty on their behalf.

We are a proud service provider for Ausgrid’s Power2U program to encourage customers in Sydney to adopt renewable energy and efficiency measures such as new solar power systems and LED lighting upgrades. Solar my School aims to help selected schools in 15 Sydney suburbs to install solar – it’s part of Ausgrid’s efforts to help its customers save on bills by accessing innovative demand management energy solutions.
